Dear Shareholders,

I am writing to introduce myself to shareholders and give you an update on progress at Resolution Minerals Limited (RML).

In the last two weeks since I came on board at RML I have been impressed by the company’s potential. Having spent 25 years working in a variety of roles across the resources sector (read more about my background here), RML stands out in the junior space for its diverse portfolio of gold and battery metals projects. I look forward to working with the team to fully realise that potential.

I particularly share the exploration team’s enthusiasm for the George project in South Australia. The emerging silica sands opportunity potentially gives us a pathway to becoming a producer of a commodity with growing global demand in the short to medium term. The team were recently at the George Project going over historical data and doing the preliminary groundwork required to advance a scoping study. You can watch the video with Exploration Manager Christine Lawley above to get a better understanding of that project.

I am also pleased to share the good news that RML's application to the Northern Territory's Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations program was successful. The funding will be used for diamond drilling at the Benmara Project and will add to the funding we have already secured via our joint venture with BHP on that project. (Read more about the grant here)

Over the next few weeks I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into our projects, pursuing new opportunities, and keeping you informed of progress.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,
