About Resolution Minerals

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) is a resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious, battery and strategic metals such as gold, copper, cobalt, and vanadium.

The company is led by an experienced team with proven success in corporate finance, marketing, metallurgy and geoscience which equips Resolution Minerals with the tools to meet the changing demands of the mining markets.

The Company was formed in 2017 to focus on the advanced Wollogorang Cobalt Project acquired from the Coolabah Group. It listed on the ASX as Northern Cobalt (ASX: N27) in late September 2017. Over the 2017-18 exploration season Resolution Minerals completed an extensive drilling program to update the known resource at the Stanton Cobalt Deposit to a JORC 2012 compliant resource of 1200 tonnes of contained cobalt.

Resolution Minerals also conducted several extensive aeromagnetic surveys, IP surveys, as well as drill testing to define several high priority cobalt-copper targets at the Running Creek and Gregjo prospects.

In December 2018, Resolution Minerals acquired the Snettisham Vanadium project in Southern Alaska. We used a combination of historical data and new highly detailed aero magnetic surveys to build a new 3D magnetic geophysics inversion model that has identified a near surface, >60% magnetite body interpreted to be 2.5 km long, 600 m wide and at least 2 km deep.

In October 2019, Resolution Minerals, entered into a binding term sheet with Millrock Resources Inc to acquire, via joint venture earn-in, up to 80% of the 64North Gold Project.

The project lies within the Tintina gold province, Alaska, which hosts more than 80Moz in gold, including the massive 45Moz Donlin Creek deposit. The 64North Project surrounds Northern Star’s Pogo Mine which has a total endowment of 10 million ounces of gold and is currently producing at a rate of 300,000 ounces per annum.

During the planned 2020 exploration program, will aim to deploy 7,500m of diamond core drilling and utilise Lidar, field mapping, geochemical sampling and CSAMT geophysics surveys to unlock the structural controls and focus in on gold mineralisation on the West Pogo Prospect; as well as conduct regional work to identify further drill targets in this district scale system.

In November 2019 the company changed it's name from Northern Cobalt to Resolution Minerals (ASX: RML).

The company has also initiated strong lines of communication above the normal ASX requirements such as webinars, video explainers and regular newsletters to "take the shareholders on the journey" with the company.
