Director Resignation - Mark Holcombe
Resolution Minerals (ASX: RML) wishes to advise that, with the appointment of incoming Managing Director Mr Chris McFadden, Executive Director Corporate Development, Mark Holcombe, has resigned as a director and his executive role, to focus on other business effective immediately.
The board thanks Mr Holcombe for his contribution through this transition phase of the business.
